So much going on right now! Where do I even start? Well, for starters let me apologize for being so neglectful to my blog lately... let's just say I've had a lot on my mind. But I'm back and better than ever.
After week two I started to feel more like my bubbly self. Yay!
Rich started his EMT-P class, so now I barely see him. If he's not at work, he's in class, volunteering at a local EMS station, at a clinical shift, or studying. It will be this way until mid-September. I guess I've gotten used to it. Let's just say that there are alot of lonely nights. But on the flip side, I get ALOT of piece an quiet at least 2 nights a week! Nah, I'm kidding... I miss him terribly when he's not home. It'll all be worth it once he's done. He's loving it and for that I'm happy. He's finally doing something he truly enjoys. I need to get a hobby though - to keep me occupied for the next several months! Any ideas?
We're moving! Well, not far... just further north into the city. We're pretty excited! After several weeks of home searching we FINALLY found a great house, and to top it off, it's just a couple miles from my office! Score! Our new house has a yard! A real yard! Murphy and Harley are going to LOVE it! It's .33 acres and totally fenced, a far cry from our current .15 acre. I have to start packing! We move in less than 5 weeks! Oh boy...
I'm thinking of coloring my hair blond, again. I've been a blond twice before and loved it, but didn't stay blond long enough. As soon as my roots starting showing (I'm a natural brunette) I colored it back. I have no patience I guess. But I'm thinking before Spring I will try it again. What do you think? See the below pic of me as a brunette and a blond... what's your vote?
I'm really optimistic that 2011 is going to be a great year. Anything would be better than LAST year. There are so many new and exciting things coming my way, and I couldn't be more excited. I'm all for taking in the moment and living each and every single day to the fullest. What are your plans for this year?
I'll try to not be so much of a stranger!
xoxo ~ April
